The proximity to various skiing areas like Kaprun and Zell am See added to the overall appeal of the location for winter sports enthusiasts.While the villa does not boast extravagant luxuries, such as a VIP check-in/out service or extensive recreational activities on-site, it provides a comfortable and welcoming retreat for those seeking a serene and authentic Austrian experience.
